Lidl NI Ltd is bringing forward proposals for a retail-led mixed-use development on lands north of Leyland Road, Ballycastle.
We are inviting local residents, businesses and stakeholders to view the emerging proposals and share feedback before a planning application is finalised and submitted.
In addition to providing a new modern food store on the site, Lidl is proposing to deliver c.26 new homes to the north of the site, supporting demand for high-quality family homes in the Ballycastle area.
Before finalising and submitting this full planning application to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council, the project team is inviting the community to comment on the plans and share your feedback.
